These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRB Design Studio website, 3D room planner, e-commerce platform, and interior design services. By browsing, registering, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
CRB Design Studio provides turnkey interior design and execution services, including 3D planning, modular furniture, decor, and related e-commerce products. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed through a written proposal or quotation agreed upon by both parties.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other certified gateways. We do not store raw card data.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Customised goods, made-to-order furniture, and design services are non-refundable once production or work has commenced. For stock products, return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, 3D models, text, and branding, is the property of CRB Design Studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or planner, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorised access, or use our platform for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
CRB Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
